These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and stays at Plaza Hotel Zakynthos, 2 Kolokotronis Street, Zakynthos Town 29100, Greece.

Bookings & rates

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or our booking partner. Rates are per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms depend on the rate booked and are shown at the time of booking. Some rates may require a deposit or full prepayment.

Cancellation & no-show

Cancellation conditions are shown on your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged according to the booked rate.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

House rules

• Please respect other guests, especially during quiet hours.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability

We take great care of our guests, but we are not liable for loss or damage except where required by law. Please use the safe provided for valuables.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Zakynthos, Greece.
